All of our classes are truly organic. Each instructor takes into account the individual and adapts the practice to his or her needs. Variations of the poses are offered in each class for the safety of the individual.

Hatha Yoga Level 1 - This is a well rounded basic yoga practice for   those just starting out with an emphasis on the fundamentals. Breathing,   gentle stretching and deep relaxation characterize this practice designed   to gradually build flexibility, strength and focus.

Hatha Vinyasa Yoga - By linking the breath with movement this   flowing practice will challenge your focus, balance, strength and   flexibility. This is an invigorating practice which builds upon the   fundamentals and allows exploration into deeper levels of mind/body   awareness.

Pilates - The focus of Pilates is on “core” strengthening with an   emphasis on shoulder, hip, and spinal alignment.  Proper instruction on   engaging the abdominal muscles and use of the breath will be taught.    Students of Pilates gain stronger abdominal muscles and an awareness of   their posture that will help promote an overall strength in the muscular-  skeletal system.

Rise and Shine Yoga - Start the day by opening and clearing both   mind and body. Collectively, we will co-create positive momentum   heightening our awareness; tapping into the inherent energy within and   around. The practice will culminate with a period of integration and   relaxation, rejuvenating you for the day ahead.

Therapeutic Yoga and Meditation  - Heal your body, mind and spirit   while you enjoy the extraordinary health benefits of passive yoga poses   and traditional breathing exercises to help the body rejuvenate and   strengthen itself. “Yoga as Therapy” will rejuvenate, relax, strengthen,   energize and allow one to further explore the self. The combination of   Meditation through Mantras, Mudras and Deep Breathing is excellent for   dealing with physical injuries, immune deficiency, post operative   recovery,   post trauma, high blood pressure, asthma, cancer, diabetes,   recovery from chemotherapy and radiation, and to relax and de-stress.   This class is recommended for all levels of yoga practice and all are   welcome to this   unique and fulfilling class.
